3. SAOL tie up with Indias largest bank in India and payout may be from 20th july on words.
4. Country Head office is ready in Goregaon Mumbai, India, Near about 9000 sq ft,2nd floor 7 star office..
5. In New Website,Speak asia will keep the money back option or Exit option for future purpose.
6. New web site cost 15 crore by IBM India.
7. Old RP to be used only in shopping/booking and PIN generation.
8.New RP request can be done after 25 july.
9.All binary income and survey income is on new website after 10 july.
10. Huge Marketing Strategy taken for the mega re launch. New offer will be available soon.
Regarding RP still management couldnot decided what to do. because it is depends of New Joining.

स्पीक एशिया के टंटे में अब सभी MLM कंपनियों पर तलवार
स्पीक एशिया विवाद के चलते अब भारत में संचालित तमाम एमएलएम कंपनियों पर तलवार आ लटकी है। प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय विचार कर रहा है कि क्यों न तमाम एमएलएम कंपनियों को भारत में प्रतिबंधित कर दिया जाए।
खबर मिली है कि प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय में एक एनजीओ मनीलाइफ ने स्पीक एशिया और इस प्रकार की बिना आधार वाली कंपनियों के तमाम कारोबार को भारत में अवैध करार देते हुए प्रतिबंधित कर देने का आवेदन किया है। प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय इस दिशा में विचार कर रहा है एवं खबर लिखे जाने तक कोई निर्णय नहीं हो पाया था।

विशेषज्ञ बताते हैं कि प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय या सरकार की ओर से ऐसे निर्णय कभी भी हो सकता है, क्योंकि इस प्रकार की कंपनियों का कोई मजबूत आर्थिक आधार नहीं होता, अत: ऐसी कंपनियों में पैनल, मेम्बरशिप, सर्वे या किसी ओर नाम पर जो भी पैसा लगाया जाता है, वह एक प्रकार का जुआ होता है और जुआ एक्ट के तहत ऐसी कंपनियों के नेटवर्क पर कार्रवाई कर सकती है।
इस प्रकार की कार्रवाई के लिए पुलिस को किसी शिकायतकर्ता की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है, जबकि शिकायत मिलने की स्थिति में धोखाधड़ी एवं आर्थिक अपराध लिए सुनिश्चित तमाम नियमों का उपयोग ऐसी कंपनियों के संचालकों एवं नेटवर्क के विरुद्ध किया जा सकता है।
10 जुलाई को पेश होगी स्पीक एशिया की जांच रिपोर्ट
स्पीक एशिया के खिलाफ चल रही तमाम तफ्तीशों में से एक आगामी 10 जुलाई को पेश होगी। यह जांच कार्पोरेट मामलों का मंत्रालय कर रहा है, जो निर्धारित समय में पेश करेगा। यह जानकारी मंत्रालय के सचिव डीके मित्तल ने समाचार ऐजेन्सी पीटीआई को दी।
श्री मित्तल ने बताया कि स्पीक एशिया भारत में सूचीबद्ध नहीं है अत: धारा 591 कंपनी अधिनियम के तहत उसके विरुद्ध जांच की जा रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि आरओसी दिल्ली ने यह जांच 10 जुलाई तक पूरा कर पेश करने के लिए कहा है।
सूत्र बताते हैं कि इस जांच प्रक्रिया के दौरान कंपनी ने भारत में अपनी ग्राहक कंपनियों के नामों का खुलासा नहीं किया और न ही अपने 19 लाख सदस्यों को साबित कर देने वाला कोई दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत किया।
सनद रहे कि मई 2011 में बंबई हाईकोर्ट में दायर हुई एक जनहित याचिका के मामले में स्पीक एशिया के 5 वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को माननीय न्यायालय ने सम्मन जारी कर उपस्थित होने का आदेश दिया है।

Kota conference updates-2nd july,11

At the time of new website an option will be there by which one can quit from the company if he/she is not satisfied with the company and don't want to continue, if he/she will do so the fee amount will be return to him/her (sub to not earned any amount from SAOL, if he/she has earned any amount from SAOL the balance amt will be refundable).
6. New Earning options are (a) Product Sale for you and others also (b) Travel Option for you and others also (c) Insurance Policies (d) Narrow Casting, (Mostly options are with the BINARY System and most important that all the other options apart from survey will be optional not compulsorily).
7. The Survey Income will be remain same as it was earlier you can burn your survey income for any other option, if you wish to do so.
