From the past couple of weeks it is not clear what are all the progressions in the investigation by EOW. The last news we heard was AISPA's president Melvin Castro being taken into custody and were suspected to be SpeakAsia officials.
In no way things are getting easier for speakasia as well as the panelists. People are becoming restless day by day and what what adds to their discomfort is that there is no proper updates regarding this issue.
Today in Times Of India an article was published titled "Fraud firm spent 100cr on realty, cars". This title itself surprised me. No final decision has been made by the court, then how can they give SpeakAsia the title of "Fraud". Well that's another side of the story. Now coming to the legal side, the next hearing to speakasia cases are dated on 5th and 16th december.The details are furnished below.
