It is informed to Public at large that, Speakasia Online Pte. Ltd. (“Company”) is duly registered under section 175 & 201 of Sinagapore Companies Act having its registered office at 10 Ubi Crescent, # 07-68, Ubi Tech Park Singapore.

The Company is owner and registered proprietor of www.speakasiaonline.com with the tag line VALUES YOUR OPINION . The Company is a large integrated online survey group in the Asian sub continent.

It has come to the notice of the Company that some person(s) are misusing its brand name Speakasiaonline and thereby misrepresenting to the public and inducing them to beleive that they/their domain name are connected /associated with the “Company” .

Few of such websites are www.speakasiaonline.co.in, www.speakasiaonline.in, www.speakindiaonline.com, www.whyspeakasia.com, www.whyspeakasiaonline.com.

These websites are unauthorisedly using name of the Company and have illegally copied some of the contents of www.speakasiaonline.com .

Please take notice that www.speakasiaonline.com is not connected/associated with any of the above websites in any manner whatsoever. Public in general is hereby cautioned that anyone dealing with such websites shall be doing so at their own risk, resposibilty and consequences and Company shall not be responsible for any act of www.speakasiaonline.co.in.

Please also take notice that unauthorised use of name speakasiaonline (including in the form of a domain name), tantamounts to infringement of Company`s rights.

The Company is taking action against all such offenders under civil/criminal law.

I am sure that just like the team and management of Speak Asia you too must have viewed the motivated, misconceived and baseless news item relating to Speak Asia on Star News channel.

We are shocked to see the extremely malicious, derogatory and defamatory allegations levelled therein. The entire story appears to be planted by them due to a business rivalry with Speak Asia.

We would like to reassure all of you that there is no truth or substance in these unfounded allegations and necessary instructions have already been issued to take all possible legal actions against the channel.

Please be assured that we will not allow any organization or individual to impede and hamper the well-earned image, trust and respect of Speakasia and thereby attempt to impede its progress and growth. Such attempts will be met with the most stringent legal action.

Speakasia had never conducted any survey for ICICI bank and they never claimed that ICICI bank is an client of them.And regarding ING-VYASA,all the franchisee transactions are being done by them.

Its just an another way to increase TRPs and to promote starpanel,as speakasia is the hottest trend in the market.
