It has come to the notice of the Company that some person(s) are misusing its brand name Speakasiaonline and thereby misrepresenting to the public and inducing them to beleive that they/their domain name are connected /associated with the “Company” .
Few of such websites are www.speakasiaonline.co.in, www.speakasiaonline.in, www.speakindiaonline.com, www.whyspeakasia.com, www.whyspeakasiaonline.com.
These websites are unauthorisedly using name of the Company and have illegally copied some of the contents of www.speakasiaonline.com .
Please take notice that www.speakasiaonline.com is not connected/associated with any of the above websites in any manner whatsoever. Public in general is hereby cautioned that anyone dealing with such websites shall be doing so at their own risk, resposibilty and consequences and Company shall not be responsible for any act of www.speakasiaonline.co.in.
